  • Roadmap Package — $500

    A focused consultation and a written plan tailored to your service history, medical records, and goals. Includes filing guidance on VA.gov and next-step recommendations.


    Includes: 60 min consult, written roadmap PDF, filing guidance.

  • Roadmap + Evidence Prep — $1,000

    Everything in the Roadmap Package plus document organization that strengthens your claim: service treatment records, private medical records, and lay/buddy statements. We assemble a clean evidence packet and walk you through it.


    Includes: Roadmap deliverables, evidence checklist, organized packet, 1 follow-up call.

  • Full Roadmap Package — $1,500

    Complete support from plan to preparation. We craft your roadmap, build the evidence packet, and coach you for your C&P exam so you present clearly and confidently.


    Includes: Roadmap + Evidence Prep, two C&P prep calls, written C&P guide.

Retro/Contingency Option

For certain cases, Keystone also offers a contingency-based fee structure. Under this option, our compensation is tied only to the past-due benefits awarded, in compliance with state and federal law. Fees are capped at 25% of backpay or $9,200, whichever is less. This ensures you never owe more than what’s legally allowed. Contact us to discuss if this option is right for your case.

Additional Condition Reviews

For veterans with multiple medical conditions, Keystone offers add-on reviews to ensure each claim is supported with the right evidence and strategy. Each additional condition review is available for $100, and can be added to any package for comprehensive coverage.
